How we process your orders?

We are in dropshiping business and offering you wider range of consumer electronics and home appliances. It is necessesary to understand the process of order before going through the Return Policy. Aftere receiving your orders we verifity the availibity of stock and required product model and color if applicable. Once, the availibilty is confirmed your order went to further process of order verification. In order verification we are currently using following ways of communication including a Phone Call from our Registered Mobile Number, WhatsApp message or Call and SMS.

After, getting order confirmed by customer, your required product was purchased and tagged as ready for shipping or processing in order status. If product was out of stock, you will be informed on call or any available source of communication. Our representative may offer your the right substitube of that product, where you have freedom either select other product or reject the order.

All products in this category can be returned with-in 5 days of purchase, but product must be in its original conditon. In a return Order delivery charges must be paid by customer. Your full amount will be refunded into your given account with-in 5 days after receiving your products. All products are went for inspection before accepting your return. Valued customer please note that change of mind will not applicable on any order and no order will be returned on behalf of change of mind. Customer holds the right to check the product in this category before making the paymens, after this no calim will be accepted for broken or demage products. We deliver all product on Shipping at buyers risk, unfortunatly if any produt was demage during shipping, we will change the product without extra charges but the Delivery charges will be paid by customers.
